Cocooning and abducting the population of a small town can be all fun and games at the very beginning: at the start of each match, when Humans see a Klown, as long as the Klown isn't doing anything, they're not going to be afraid or try to run away.
But Humans will wise up, eventually: as soon as they see a Klown attack another Human or get attacked themselves, they'll run off and go hide somewhere, so the city kind of clears out after a while. And there’s a bunch of good hiding spots around: locked rooms in empty houses, wardrobes, dumpsters, these are all good places to hide.
This is when Spikey’s Balloon Bloodhound comes into play.
When activating this skill, Spikey will summon a Balloon Bloodhound and hold it on a leash. The hound will have a random color when summoned, but it’ll always look similar to this:
Play fetch with him, teach him how to give you his paw, make him sit or stand and ask him who’s a good boy: these are all things the Balloon Hound will not do, learn or answer to.
But when it comes to track down your prey or toy with it for a while, the Bloodhound is the Klown’s best fiend. While holding him on the leash, Spikey will be immune to damage.
The perfectly trained Bloodhound will follow the Klown’s pace while searching for scent trails: this inflatable good boy will search, find and lead you to the nearest prey.

But what if, instead of hiding, the prey starts running for his life?
No problem at all! Spikey can summon his invisible car to gain an edge during the chase, and guess what: there’ll be room for the Balloon Bloodhound too! The dog will be riding shotgun, sticking his head out of the window and will also be in charge of the music during the trip (this last piece of info hasn’t been confirmed yet, and will probably never be).
